55+ Active Adults, New Beginnings

 

If you've recently listened to the latest reports 50 is the new 30. People are living longer than ever before. This is a time of New Beginnings, a time to be excited about moving forward into the next chapter of your life. The new chapter may include downsizing, buying a vacation home where the weather is warm, becoming a Snowbird and leaving the cold for a few months out of the year, or just finding a way to stay in your current home without being forced to move.

 

Whatever the dilemma I am here to help you through it. The National Association of Realtors has a Designation that Realtors can obtain, its called a SRES Designation - Senior Real Estate Specialist. It shows that I have had special training and have passed the test to prove my dedication to helping Seniors with a New Beginning.

 

There are many things that we take for granted as we get older and many times wait until its too late to take care of. Do you have a will? Have you planned your estate?
